About SCD

SCD is a form of Karate taught by Mr Lee Mantell, 3rd Dan instructor. SCD combines multiple kicks with unlimited hand motions, as well as locks, holds, pressure points etc, pad work, sparring, boxing.
Suitable for students aged 6yrs and above. Fully licensed and insured instructor, classes are every Wednesday from 7pm - 8.30pm
