Don't waste your money

I fully regret deciding to go ahead with Shepherds of Cheshire for my new kitchen . I have lots of very valid reasons why of which I will begin to explain . I point blankly refused to handover all of my hard earned cash until the job was fully complete . I paid in 3 stages after work was completed and as sure as damn it they were on the phone for it , fair enough as each part of the project was complete . The job started in April & in September I was still waiting for a radiator to be fitted , and several snagging issues to be sorted , and also some plastering before I could commence tiling . Every time I called the office there was also some pathetic excuse as to why the tradesmen weren’t available . Typical of companies once they have taken your money , not interested in the slightest in finishing the job once they’ve taken your money . I eventuality got the radiator fitted in October ( Stevie Wonder could’ve done a better job ) !!!!!!!!!! During this time I was emailing Duncan the owner who deliberately ignored my emails & his staff were constantly covering up for him . One of his employees was placed in an extremely embarrassing situation whilst told to remain at my property until the final £500 was paid after the radiator had been delivered . Based on their totally unsatisfactory aftercare service , I refused payment until the job was finished . I made a call to their office in Cheadle & one of their team spoke to me in a very threatening manner . Think twice before you handover your hard earned cash to SHEPHERDS OF CHESHIRE . Something that should’ve been an enjoyable experience ended in a nightmare !!!!!!
