A learning experience
I went to the shirley physio clinic to rehabilitate my damaged shoulder. The injury was preventing me from playing rugby for my school. The physio helped me understand what was going wrong with it and what measures i should take to stop it from happening. She taught me exercises to speed up my recovery and to lessen the pain. Im very grateful to Mrs Lennard for all she has done for me. Thanks :D
