Shropshire Mind - Home
We are a Mental Health Charity based in Shrewsbury with branches throughout the county. We have a drop in every day from 11am - 3pm and run various sessions from Art and Crafts, Relaxation, Music and Creative Writing, on a Thursday we have female only groups. We also run self harm support groups and a support group for people whose lives are affected by mood swings, depression or associated problems.
