For most people The Sibton White Horse is the perfect 'English Country Inn', steeped in tradition, full of fascinating features, good drink and food and a great place to stay. Hidden away, on the edge of the pretty Suffolk village of Sibton, the 16th century Tudor Inn stands amongst acres of natural beauty. Not surprisingly The White Horse and many of its outbuildings are grade II listed, preserving their many years of heritage.
16th Century Country pub offering real ales, award winning food and six peaceful rooms.
Suffolk is blessed with some of the best things England has to offer: An abundance of glorious countryside, beautiful sleepy villages with their pink, yellow and blue cottages, many historic buildings and some of the country's finest coastline. One such village is Sibton, in the heart of the Suffolk countryside yet five minutes from the A12 at Yoxford and only ten miles from the heritage coast. Here you will find the White Horse, a rather fascinating pub, built during the sixteenth century and still retaining all its original Tudor charm, it's definitely one of those pubs that are a joy to discover.
Nowadays under the ownership of Neil and Gill Mason, locals and visitors alike can enjoy this genuine freehouse. Having received many accolades for its food and accommodation, the White Horse's retained its relaxed and informal presence, drinkers therefore feel most welcome too.
