Welcome to Sifu Chris Thompson's Wing Chun Kuen Do training school. Sifu Chris Thompson has over 30 years Wing Chun experience, and been teaching for over 20 years. Based in Southend in Essex, there are classes for everyone, including adults, children as well as private classes. No matter what experience or classes you have done before, everybody is welcome to come along.

Wing Chun is a simple, direct and effective form of martial art, designed by a lady, which means strength is not necessary. Structure and relaxation are most important to make Wing Chun most effective.
