Shocking service and quality
A "3 day job" for a few stone chips... Had the car 6 weeks over 6 months, and still not correct after two attempts ! Doesn't return calls, false promises, car returned un-roadworthy, unsafe, overspray everywhere, deliberately damaged and even a tool taken from the tool kit. Not Once did the owner take responsibility for his or his staff's actions. It will cost me more to correct and fix/replace the damage caused that I shall not give them a third chance to have my car for weeks on end and not fix the simplest of jobs.

False promises
I took my car for a respray, was told would take 2 weeks. 3 months and many phone calls later my car had still not been painted. There had been staff issues over the summer, but to be told too many times "it'll be ready in a couple of weeks" so many times that you stop believing the false promises is very frustrating. If you want realistic time scales and honesty, try somewhere else - that's what I have to do now after not having the use of my classic car all summer.
