Since 2002 we have created over 450 different competency frameworks for every role in the sales industry. Cranfield School of Management have analysed these competency frameworks and we co-published research in the Harvard Business Review showing how they link to maximising sales performance. Our competency frameworks have been used to objectively identify the skill gaps of over 20,000 individuals and produced extraordinary results – 8.6%% revenue growth is the minimum ROI any client has experienced after completing the Silent Edge journey.
