Staff unpolite and really bad service! Don't spend your money there. Even if you're o just going to do your eyebrows you should have I nice experience! And this place nobody has it for sure.

AWFUL PLACE!!!
I went in yesterday as a last resort as I wanted eyelash extensions for Christmas, I wish I had just gone without!!! £35 for awful service, swapped therapists, her hands stunked of smoke! I was put on a chair in the middle of the salon and had my eyelashes done there, not taken to a room and put on a proper beauty bed like you should for a set of eyelashes. My neck was so sore all the way through the treatment (if you can call it that!) and afterwards, I had to sit with my neck pushed back for the whole time which was about an hour and 15 mins (shouldn't take that long to do lashes unless you are extremely unqualified!). The way I was sat in the middle of the room with other people walking in and out with my eyes closed and not able to open them made me feel really vulnerable! It was also freezing in there and when I went over the road to tescos I was actually shivering that the cashier commented on how cold I looked! They also all very rude in there! The radio was on really loud the whole time but didn't have a station so was fuzzing loudly for ages! Today the day after I had them done 4 have fallen out already and some wobbly on my eyes and twisting round, this is not what I expected for paying £35 and they are supposed to last 3-4 weeks! I will be ringing them as soon as they open after Christmas and demanding my money back! I have a lot of friends who do lashes so am no stranger to know how they are supposed to look and how long they are supposed to last etc, I wish I had waited for an actual professional to do them and not a amateur, literally the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Unhygienic and slap dash
A complete mess! They try to squeeze in as many people as they can and are very slap dash. I had an awful set of lashes done there and was left with spots when she did my eyebrows at the same time. Such a shame as they could do well if they had a loyal client base but until they learn from these reviews I won't be going back!

Don't bother
This salon relies on passing footfall from the shopping centre and it is obviously they don't care about building a loyal customer base. I work round the corner and booked an appointment for a mini manicure. I left waiting for ten minutes when I arrived and then was served by three different manicurists - as they kept swapping round when new customers arrived in off the street, without an appointment. The manicure quality was terrible. I do a better job myself and wish I had - saved my money. Needless to say I won't be returning and will be spreading the word to all my friends, family and colleagues
