Beware! Fraud

Hundreds of investors in dozens of developments from Daniel Johns Group say they were defrauded. Bought properties that were never completed (One Boulevard Manchester, etc.), serviced apartments that were after all just poor hotels, and basically investors bought the properties because DJ sold them with a rental guarantee from Victoria Knight or other management agent. Turns out VK never paid and was liquidated a few months ago. There is now hard evidence that VK was controlled by DJ and this seems to be a premeditated scam to defraud investors. Some people have presented criminal reports to UK authorities.
