no need to be rude!
taxi driver was so rude to me because my card did not work and was midnight i had no one to get cash off, what else can i do!? it wasnt like i planned this, this has never happened to me before, he could of asked nicely to give him something else so i can pick up later and pay, i had to walk all the way home in the dark and cold took me.

Listed twice
I don't think they should be listed twice! I use them but phone Five Twos (722222) first as they are better. Also useSpearhead occasionally

very friendly
I use Silverline every day to take me from luton airport to various destinations over luton and some times out of town, the office staff are great, the drivers are very friendly and helpful. I reccomend Silverline to all.
