Once you have chosen your preferred destination you can book you holiday either through our simple to use and totally secure website, or by contacting our expert reservations team at our travel shop in Caernarfon by telephone or in person. They will help with any queries you may have and will take care of your every need from your first enquiry until you have paid and you have been provided with you travel documents.

When you pay for your holiday with Silver Star you can be rest assured that your money is totally 100% safe and fully protected. To comply with legal requirements Gwyliau Seren Arian Cyf has a trust account in place which is a bank account specifically designated to hold customer money in a safe environment until you have completed your holiday.

Booking

We welcome you making contact with us in a number of ways. You can write to us, phone us, use a nominated travel agent, e-mail or visit our office. Whichever way you contact us the contract is made when your booking is entered on to our reservation system and we issue a confirmation of booking. We will send you, or your agent the confirmation of your booking within 7 working days. Please check this confirmation very carefully to ensure all the information is correct and tell us, or your agent, immediately of any errors.
