For a long time I had been going to all the really expensive hairdressers in southampton spending stupid money just because I was scared to go anywhere that was cheaper because I may come out crying. I then joined Groupon which is where I got a good deal for Simons Hairdressing Salon. I have been back twice already since paying in full. Lovely down to earth hairdressers. Really lovely atmosphere too. Everytime my hair looked amazing and it was half the price of what I would usually have paid in the other expensive shops! I am now getting married and know where I will be going to have my hair done for it...they i feel are up for the job :-0 Highly recommended :-)

Not impressed
I do not often write reviews as I do understand that they can impact on the persons business in an adverse way if the review is negative, however I felt compelled to write this after having my hair cut at Simons hair salon, so that other people could make an informed decision. went for the first time for a cut & blow-dry after my husband purchased a groupon deal for me. I expected Simon to be doing my hair but ended up with a young guy who Simon had apparently "trained" well all i can say is the training needs to be more intensive....... Since I have had the cut friends have commented on how awful my hair looks, with uneven sides and looking a general mess... I ended up going to another hairdressers to have the cut rectified and now have to wait for it to grow again.....I would not advise anyone to go here and have their hair done by this person...
