We provide a bespoke complaint-handling business, operating in the UK and based in Darlington. We look at the complaints of businesses from a fresh and unbiased perspective. We also hope to reduce costs for our business clients; provide them with feedback and help them identify possible areas of improvement in their customer care procedures. We have over 17 years of customer service/complaint experience, ranging from face-to-face customer contact to providing customer support via telephone and email. I have worked in the customer care departments of several businesses including Churchill Insurance and Orange Telecommunications. Most notably I was Customer Care Manager for Barratt Homes. We supply clients with costs per referral, dependent upon how long the complaint has been active and all prices are excluding VAT. This pricing structure reflects the increased work and expense likely to be incurred in resolving long-running complaints. We can tailor the service you want around your company, due to the fact that we operate outside of the normal 9 to 5 Monday to Friday regime. We are also based in the UK.
