So lacking in skills they are dangerous
So lacking in skills that they are dangerous. Our shower was not properly waterproofed causing damage, not only to our floor, but the joists which is needing a lot of expensive repair work. Would like to say it at least looked good at the time, but not so – fittings are mismatched and not what we ordered, never mind taking away space for apparently no reason. We paid for a design (John Henry) and Project Management (Bill Copeland) service which was worse than non-existent. If you have had any trouble with this company, contact Trading Standards
