After having belongings in storage and purchasing insurance through simply removals our white suede bed was damaged! They had placed a black cushion from the sofa onto the headboard which left a big black print! The bed was also filthy! We only had the bed 5months before it went into storage! I keep ringing and emailing them and they keep dismissing me telling me they'll phone me back and I can't speak t anybody from the insurance I purchased.. Erm because they don't exist, so we were paying every month for an insurance that is non existent!
