Found her excellent with so much detail and knowledge that I would definitely be recommending her and Simson Miller London team to parents of vulnerable young people in COP proceedings. The compassion, humility in the way she explained everything and what to look out was just exceptional! Having a young person with such complex needs is really hard when you are dealing with many professionals with different views and advice etc. The way Zena explained and gave me her time in how I need to be always be looking at it from my sons view, even though he lacks capacity and how I should demonstrate this when fighting for his needs.
