This review might sound like a plant but I assure you it isn't. I've lived in Rossendale my entire life and from a very early age I have been eating from the Sing Yee chinese chip shop. It's still a chip shop at the end of the day, there's nothing to please Gordon Ramsay here, but as chip shops go this is one of the best. The chips are never too greasy and always well cooked, the food is not overly salty and the couple who run the place are polite and fun to chat to.Personal favourites are the chicken fried rice, the chicken chow mein, and the chips. Prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a chinese chip shop in the valley, you won't find a better one.
