GRUMPY TELEPHONE OPERATOR
Just called for a taxi from this firm, and the operator way totally 'non-plus' and grumpy. Not pleasant and not what you want when you have chosen to call them rather than the multitude of taxi firms in this area who may be more appreciative of your business. However they were prompt and the driver pleasant enough.
