Toilet not working properly
Our toilet was not flushing properly for some time now.So I asked around and this company came highly recommended.They came out at the time they said and adjusted our toilet and ad put in couple of new parts,now it works perfectly.I wish I could find people like this all of the time.

Replace a water line for a fridge with ice-maker
Nice clean job. Technician got everything running in about an hour and a half. Ice maker is working well. An excellent value. I'll keep his name on file the next time I need something plumbing related.

Blocked bathtub drain
we had a blocked bath tub for over 2 weeks.We tried some products with no success.However we called this company in the morning and they arrived just after lunch.They were succesful in clearing our blockage.We are happy to jump into our bath tub again.

Pipe Leak
We called at night with a report of a leak and first thing the next morning serviceman showed up. He came to fix a leak and had to cut open our ceiling. He was meticulous and efficient. The job was done in no time and he left the house spotless. The tiny leak was found and fixed!

putting in new plumbing for sink and fridge line for ice
Serviceman showed up and was helpful with our concerns and showed us great alternatives. He did the work needed and cleaned up afterwards. He came with all the equipment needed to get the job done and did so in a timely fashion. This is the second time I have used this company and each time I have been very happy with the results. replacement of 4 toilets
From the time they answered the phone to when serviceman finished replacing all our American Std toilets with Gerbers (in record time- about an hour each), we were impressed and pleased with their friendliness and expertise. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend it to neighbours and friends.

Kitchen drain replacement
This company did a fantastic, quick and efficient job replacing my faucet. True to their advertising, they fully quoted me the price prior the job starting, and the quote was from a binder with flat rates for all services. Representative was a very knowledgeable and friendly plumber, who actually repaired pre-existing problems with the old faucet installation. The new faucet works flawlessly. Booking the appointment was very easy and quick as well!

Sump Pump Service
I have been using this company for some time now and I'm very pleased with the service. They installed a new pump for us back in September and I got the One in a Hundred that failed.I must say that they came out quickly and replaced the equipment at NO-Charge! Celing Leak from Upper Floor Laundry Room
We had a leak in the ceiling that appeared to be originating from our upper floor laundry room. Technician from this company came in and quickly found the cause of the leak, and fixed it in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism displayed by the plumber and his company. I would definitely use them again, and I would also recommend them.

Repair for my Shower faucet
I just wanted to let you know what a great job technician from this company did for us.Our Delta faucet was leaking.I was delighted that the plumber had the ALL of the new parts on his truck and did not have to run all over town to find them and waste time.He showed up promptly and was pleasant,and gave me a reasonable cost beforehand.Highly recommended.

toilet stop valve replacement
Received Excellent service today. My toilet was leaking and the valve wouldn't close so I had to close the main water supply to avoid flooding. The toilet valve needed to be replaced and was done quickly and efficiently. He came on time on family day and now I can enjoy the rest of the day off knowing I have running water and my toilet isn't leaking! Call them if you need any plumbing jobs in your house!

Selling & Installing a Tankless Hot Water Heater
Representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the positives and negatives of repairing vs replacing my hot water tank. In the end a tankless hot water heater was installed and the job was done so cleanly that you would hardly know anyone was there. Excellent follow up after wards as well to ensure that we were satisfied with the product and installation.

Hooking up a dishwasher
Technician was great. The only reason I'm only satisfied and not very satisfied is that the appointment was from 10-12. And he came at 12.20. Otherwise - great job! He did the electrical wiring, quality control, was upfront about the costs and helpful.

Drain repalcement
Excellent service from initial phone call to finished project. Camera inspected all drains, showing the root infestation. Replaced clay drains with PVC pipe. Workers were courteous. Work was completed in less than estimated time. Cleanup after was excellent. Thanks .

The work was completed in a timely manner. Representative was very helpful in identifying the problem and determining what need to be done. The excavators kept the area clean and protected and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Sewer Back-up, replacement of drain
I moved in my new home and 6 weeks later, I had a sewer back up only to find out that all drains inside the house had to be replaced up to the city line. This company was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. Their service is OUTSTANDING! Their plumbers were very conscientious and made sure that even though they had to dig in one room (instead of all three) in the basement, they left it in amazingly clean considering the work they had to do. It was worth every penny. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Dig for drain replacement.
After two drain backups, I put in a call to this company, whom I've used before at a different property. The response - both phone and initial service call - was really fast, and the digs (2) were efficient and clean. Cleanup was immaculate. All my options and the procedure were very clearly explained, with no pressure to have more work done than necessary. Great work done!

Drain replacement
For the second time, I have had an excellent experience with this company and their teams of professionals. We had a very positive result the first time, 14 months ago, replacing our drains under our house, and this time, with tree roots infiltrating our outside lines, I did not hesitate to call again. I moved into an older home two years ago. I have tried using friends, friends of friends and small plumbing companies. Due to the number and severity of the various plumbing problems I have faced; I opened the network one day out of desperation. The service I have received from both plumber and drain specialist at this company has been excellent. It has given me a real peace of mind knowing that I can turn to a company who will solve the problem promptly, competently and be professional in every way while doing it. As someone who has worked in the service industry I am as impressed with the professionalism of this company and its employees as I am with their ability to get the problem resolved. Drain snaked
I had a backed up drain in the Laundry room floor which needed to be snaked which was done very quickly. Plumber also showed me the source of the problem which was an improper plumbing connect to the main sewer line done by a previous owner. I know what will have to when I renovate the basement sewer line and feeder lines. I found this value added to the original work that had to be done.

A call in the afternoon resulted in a visit the very next morning. My technician was courteous - thanks for wearing those plastic booties over your shoes - and quickly identified and repaired the problem with my backed up drain. This is the second time I've called on them and I certainly won't hesitate to do so again.

Blocked basement drain
Chronic slow drain in basement laundry sink, kitchen sink would partially back fill in to the laundry sink until it just stopped draining. I spent a day plunging it myself and then called this company. Technicians worked at snaking the block until they got it, 30 odd feet in. They even cleaned up after themselves!

Main floor drainage - sewer backing up @ night !
From the 1st call to the end of the fixing of the issue, all showed patience, friendliness, professionalism. Rare to find 'all in one' service. It was Sunday late evening and the dispatch managed to get technician within the promised 2 hours. He explained what he thought has happened and in 10 minutes the problem was fixed. He cleaned, put everything back in the right place and a bit of friendly chit chat about the company and himself, GREAT.

Laundry back up
Actually I called up the this company by accident. I thought I was contacting another one. Anyhow, the technician came in and first thing I notice, he put the plastic cover over his shoes very impressive. The technician explained in details with whatever he was doing during the job and even drew picture of it at the end of the job. Phone manner and detailed pre-information clear and detailed. Response time, within 2 hours. Technician for blocked sink was polite, thorough, and detailed cost in writing BEFORE STARTING. Clean up excellent without being asked. Plumber arrived on the dot, was equally polite, thorough, made new suggestions to solve problems,and gave a completed FULL written detailed estimate before starting. I called this company on a Sunday and was given an appointment for 8 am the next day. Representative came and assessed our problem, and also pointed out several other potential plumbing problems. Since the house is new to us, I appreciated knowing what needed to be fixed. In the end, I decided to get everything fixed there and then. So, the work was done well, he really knew his stuff--I just wish plumbing fixes weren't so expensive!All in all, GREAT service and a warranty on the repairs.

My basement toilet started to leak out onto the floor. I was told and shown the roots glogging the pipe. This company brought state of the art equipment and within a few hours had cleaned the pipe line from my basement out to the city street. Slow basement toilet
I recently used this company to solve a problem with a slow draining basement toilet and the service was excellent. After booking the appointment, they called 30 minutes before arriving to confirm. The drain technician was knowledgeable, polite and offer various options. He use boot covers and tarps to ensure that no mess was left in the house. Expectations exceeded
I called Wayne yesterday morning, and he was able to come by in the afternoon. He fixed our kitchen tap which had lost most of its pressure, and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Both professional and knowledgeable. He will be my only call if I have any other issues in the future.

Will use again
We tried to install our own toilets, what a disaster! Wayne came to the rescue and re-installed our toilets quickly and efficiently. He even called a couple of days later to ensure we were satisfied with his service! Never again will we try to do our own plumbing! We've learned our lesson and will be calling Wayne in the future for any other plumbing jobs we have!

I got the name and number for Skilled Plumbers from my neighbor who was very happy with the service provided by Josh. I called and he was very amiable and came out the next day and fixed everything. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up everything spotlessly and provided a wealth of good advice on using the faucet and the toilet flush system. Overall I'm pleased
If I could give Ryan a rating of 6 I would. We had a less than stellar toilet that plugged easily. The best solution was to purchase and install a new one so I headed to the network to find a plumber. All of Skilled Plumbers reviews made him the obvious choice. I emailed Ryan for some information and he emailed and called me back within the hour. He gave me some good suggestions on what to purchase so I could avoid buying another bad toilet. He was able to install the new toilet much sooner than I thought he would and his price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend Skilled Plumbers to friends and I will certainly use his services again.

Good wokr
I thought that I had a leak in my bathtub. When I contact Ryan by Email, he answered my email within the hour. He showed up right on time the next day and looked at my problem . It turned out that it's not a plumbing problem and he showed me a few solutions to fix it for the time being. He did not charge me a penny when everything was done ( I mean he could have charged me a fee for the trip). Amazing
After searching the market for a company who can install a Toto Aquaia toilet, I choose Benny from Skilled Plumbers to go ahead and install my toilet. Aquaia requires a lot of extra work but Benny has a lot of patience and he did the work very professionally. I will definitely use his services again, I am thinking now to re-do a bathroom completely and Benny will help me with the plumbing. Cheers, Mate !

quick and polite
Our basement sink overflowed and flooded the floor. We couldn't do any laundry and then the kitchen sink also started backing up. He came right away, quoted up front and explained the problem clearly, was quick and polite and concerned about keeping our house clean. Also gave some tips to prevent the block from happening again.

professional and courteous
Jonathan showed up for an emergency situation and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. We have had an issue with leaking when taking a shower for years and no one figured it out. He diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly. He said that when the tub was installed, the installers did not put in a tiling flange causing water to seep through when taking a shower. He recaulked and then said to do this every year or else tear down the tiles and put in a tiling flange to solve problem permanently. This is the second time Jonathan has helped us out. Very professional and courteous. Thanks!!!

Sam and his co-worker. came today. I was quite pleased with them. They were cheaper than any other place I called. They came in under two hours, which no one else could do. They clearly explained the problem, which is a more costly job which I couldn't commit to right away. So, as promised, they snaked out the drain at the agreed upon price. Fast Service
Our builder installed a lower grade faucet that failed after a few years so my wife urged me to call in our regular on call plumber from Skilled Plumbers. He installed a real beautiful victorian style kitchen faucet and new instant hot water machine. Now my wife doesn't have to wait to boil the kettle and she can make her tea in seconds almost as fast as Skilled Plumbers provides service!
