Had a new boiler fitted by Smart Plumbing. Spoke to Karl and arranged a time and day, which was within a couple of days. He kept me informed by text messages when Ian the plumber was coming. Had a text on the morning to say he would be arriving at 8:00am. He was very courteous. Got straight on with the job. Cleaned up after himself. Made sure I understood how to work both the boiler and timer when he was finished. Gave me more info when service was due etc. Can't fault this firm or either of them. Will recommend them. Plus as a bonus they were cheaper than some other firms. Happy!

I found Smart Plumbing purely by accident and was glad I did. The price they quoted was for the whole package, the deal was done and the day arranged. Their communication was perfect and their man arrived on time as arranged, Tom was very polite and friendly and I felt straight away he could be trusted to do a good job, I wasn't wrong. I hardly noticed him at all while he worked. When it came to doing the outside pipework for the condenser he told us what size pipe it would be where it would exit the brickwork and that it would go to the drain. When all was finished and tidied up, he showed and explained the functions on the boiler and then filled out the paper work, he told us everything we needed to know even trying to explain the temperature control to my wife. All in all I think I bought very wisely and could not have had a better team to deal with everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, Would recommend Smart Plumbing to anyone. For those interested it was an Ideal Combi Boiler 30kw.
