Smithlachter are a local firm of estate agents with a great many years experience of the local housing market. They are friendly, professional and very helpful. They helped us to cope with what is recognised as being one of the most stressful undertakings of anybody's life, selling your home and moving. They gave us a realistic valuation and supported us through the whole process and even gave us a deal to pay our solicitors fees when we signed up to them as sole agents and using a solicitor them introduced. This was a good solicitor who was also very helpful and ensured that we were able to complete within he more usual 3 months. With help from SmithLachter and Jim Maryon (solicitor) we completed in just over 2 months. Very pleased with the service we received.
