Terrible

To leave a bad review for someone is not something I would normally consider however, I want to help you from making the same mistake as I did and spend hard earned money on a sub standard driving instructor. My wife has been driving over 20 years in her own country but moving to the UK had to take her DVLA driving test once the international licence expired. We booked some lessons with this instructor which turned out to be the wrong decision. He had no consideration for language despite my wife speaking excellent English. He cared more about making money and his car than the that of the student. He upset my wife to the point of her pulling over and asked him to drive her back home, had it not been for her test the following day we would have fired him there and then. The next day she took her test and unfortunately failed. I then discovered he didn't move outside the house estate let alone go near or around the test center of Basingstoke. On the way to the test center he told her he would sit in the back of the car as she was a dangerous driver! She refused of course. The instructor was rude, money grabbing and quite frankly should not be doing this job. We found another instructor, where she had just 3 hour lessons to get to know his car and passed with just 5 minors. All thanks to another instructor called Roger!! I suggest you find him and avoid Steve at all costs! Good luck....
