I must admit I had my doubts that Hypnotism would cure my smoking habit as I'd tried and failed to give up smoking many times before and was close to thinking I'd never be able to stop! That is of course until I went to see Tim! I can't thank him enough for his help and advice, the whole process was easy and comfortable and I'm still astonished at my change in lifestyle and confidence towards health .. I no longer feel like I've given something up, instead I'm gaining so much and this is all thanks to Tim's amazing work, I can't recommend him enough.

mind massage
I went to see Tim Smale for 3 sessions only. Firstly for giving up cigarettes and I haven't been near a cigarette since January 25th (when I saw Tim) and now find that I think increasingly about not wanting to smoke rather than feeling I have stopped and I miss smoking. I never really found it hard to stop with Tim's help. I then returned to Tim to see if he could help with some sleep problems I was getting. I had 2 sessions and after the 1st session I found I slept like I had not slept for 10 years. My sleep is much better and heavier now in general although I occasionally get the odd sleepless night when I am stressed. However I also have some much heavier sleeps which I wake from feeling fully relaxed! He isn't cheap but the hypnotherapy part is a real treat. I highly recommend Tim as a great guide through the whole experience.
