The Worst Hairdressers I have ever been to!!

My hair was bleached blonde and I decided I would like a half-head of foil low-lights in a nice chocolate brown to make it look a bit more natural. My big mistake was choosing this hairdressers. When the towel came off and I saw my so-called low-lights I was horrified, somehow despite performing a strand test she had put 10 years on me and made me look like a woman going grey, and it cost me £55.00, I was so upset and angry, but if that wasnt bad enough it was the attitude of the manageres I couldn't believe, firstly she wouldn't accept any liability, and kept arguing saying she did exactly what I asked, which is complete nonsense, I think I know what I wanted!. In the end all I could get back was a measley £20 - which no-way would cover the cost of putting right the mess her and her staff had created. I am utterly disgusted with this so-called professional hairdressers and their attitude.
