Never seen such incompetents and carelessness. Kat cut my puppy's nails so short catching the quick. The only first aid she knew was to hold a baby wipe on it while I called my vet. My puppy needed his claw cauterized, pain relief and antibiotics. After I left her a review she got friends, family and made fake accounts to make "brilliant" reviews.

I do not recommend this groomer!!! Kat injured my puppy. Never seen so much blood come from a small paw had to rush him to the vets where his claw was cauterized to stop the bleeding...a horrendous experience. Her response was to take down her website down for a short space of time and a week later get friends and family to leave 15 or so "brilliant" reviews on Google within hours of one another hoping to lose mine in the pile
