Think twice.

They had gone bust in November 2008 but still sold customers sofas. They kept me waiting for six months and became very rude to me in the end. At one point I had a letter telling me to stop chasing them for my sofa (that I had paid half up front for) or they would cancel my order resulting in my loosing all of my deposit. They told me that I could chase the administrator instead. All this after having been kept waiting for six months. And they never kept me informed, I had to do all of the chasing. In the end, I gave up hope and used a different sofa company in Bath that were able to deliver the next day and deliver free of charge, unlike the Sofa Workshop. So please think twice before buying from them. Get everything in writing beforehand including delivery dates and times.
