Suing me for trying to help others.
I have left reports and photos on websites to try and warn others of their poor quality furniture and they have threatened to sue me! I have removed part of the comments while I seek advice. Going to watchdog with this.

Cheap calf hide
Hi, purchased a sofa set from sofa land in Liverpool, when arrived there was a big hole in the side spoke to Paul there customer services (shocking) this guy is extremely rude and has no customer service skills, refusing to replace or to put the damage right, have since employed a local company to put there damage right who confirm this is the lowest quality split hides which should only be used on the sides of the sofas and not on all the high wear areas. These sofas of extremely crap quality and will not last you 12 months.

Sofaland? press escape immediately otherwise you are in big trouble, selling crap, refusing warranty exchanges or repairs and blaming you for misusing sofas, oooooo i am soooo sorry i forgot that when i come home from work i have to sit on the floor and look at my beautiful sofas. Bunch of liars selling crap.after spending £990 i have to pay someone to get rid of my broken sofas and buy new. So it turned up to be the most expensive ''disposable'' sofa ever, almost £1000 and lasted only 5 months. Biggest mistake in my life to shop with them. Pls do not do the same mistake. is there a minus for rating?

I Honestly thought they were good
I have ordered a couple of Sofa Ranges from Sofaland and thought from first ordering to receiving the sofas was great and really quick like they said it would be. I havent got any probs with the quality either.

Avoid at all costs
Sub standard sofas and extremely poor aftersales service. Bitterly regret buying from this company and would never ever recommend them to my worst enemy even. Very rude and unhelpful when they actually bother to reply-avoid at all costs.

Terrible Service
CowboyLand. Seriously do you want to have a damaged faulty sofa delivered to your house then be bullied and refused a refund or replacement. They have no respect for the law nor Trading Standards. Sofaland are completely unprofessional. Beware.
