DONT USE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR MISTAKE

I used this place for years and had no complaints staff great etc. However last week I bought a cream for £3 and was charged £12 - I rang up as soon as I noticed and received a refund. I subsequently got called up and it almost turned into a row as the lady denied that this happened despite me showing them the deductions on my bank account. They then asked me to check with my bank which I did despite being proved correct. I sent them the conversations and bank proof that this is their error. I have not been acknowledged - apologised to or anything else. When I rang and told them the error at the start I was told their machine has been charging twice something that was denied later - I was made to feel like I did something wrong, It is their bank error and they didn't apologise - DONT TRUST THEM UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING CASH AS THEIR DEFAULT WAS THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG - WHICH I HAVE PROVED SEVERAL TIMES WAS NOT CORRECT. I will never go back to this place. It is easy to get good reviews when everything is going right. When something goes wrong that is when you find out how good a business is and this one is CRAP.
