I contacted Solid Sand Studios at the end of January this year. Somerville Scarves had just launched and we were in desperate need of setting up a website. Being quite nervous of the whole process and not really knowing what I was after Solid Sand made it a very easy and stress free process. Not only was I clueless, but we also had a very tight deadline, which didn't seem to phase them at all. Less than one month later we had a really great website which received 1800 in the first few days. Sales are 100% better than expected. I would recommend Solid Sand as a company without hesitation. They are completely professional, reliable and for me, most importantly approachable. At no time did they make me feel like the technophobe that I am. I now have a site that I can update and manage myself but it is reassuring to know that I can contact them at any time to hold my hand when I get stuck."
