Very bad company
The repair took over 13 weeks from the start to finish and the mess about from Solus customer service is bad also, how can Aviva recommend a company like this???? they might be using each another as I think these companies are run by two long friends and they are doing this so they can abuse the system, Im talking about directors of Aviva to the director Souls, so they can pocket more this way, check it out via company house, ha ha , good show

aviva are so damn stupid big insurer body, they choose solus bodyshop company as there recommended car body repairer, what abig mistake ....... this company is so terrible to its working staff and ways. which work a ridiculous long 45hrs week.....and only 20 holiday given shocking!!.. in which they have to produce those proven hours via productivity system which in turn is based on very. poor given hours on each job , they are pushed too extreme to get the work out, if they fail their productivity and efficiency hours they are put up before the dodgy management to be given written warning so easily etc... oh the management and h r are so connected its unbelievable how. they get away with the things they do like its ringed fenced, if any stafff speaks out they will fall on you and make your life hell, no overtime is paid out ,they expect you or I should say force you to work it for nothing, fxxking disgrace, they rule the workers with threatening intimidation and harrass you ......on a few occasions aviva top brass visits some sites to sing there praises about how the company is doing well etc , which workers detest, because AVIVA needs to wake up and smell the really strong coffee, to realize the truth of what going on at this poor bodyshop group look at the reviews take note Mr aviva, this company is not far off bring compared to indians slave clothes workers making primark clothes..... everyyear aviva send out survey for . each employee to voice their opinions, what waste of time, always falls on deaf ears. so aviva you either ignorant or not really getting to know ,what really goes on at solus as a whole. Aviva should set up there own bodyshops with professional management who knows how to listen! and treat there floor workers fair .

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!
Car came back with more damage than it had going in.Worst customer service i have ever encountered.Paint work didnt match and there scratches all over from the buffer.Had to bring it to another garage to get repaired properly.Please do yourself a favour and bring your car anywhere but here.They ruined mine.

Bad bad bad
I would rather send my car to the gates of hell than to send it here again. Shocking repair/work not completed. Car battery flat and further investigation required by a proper garage. Non existent customer service with a couldn't care less attitude. Never never use them.

PATHETIC
OMG ! JUST GOT MY CAR BACK FROM HERE , I CANT BELIEVE HOW BAD THE REPAIR WAS DONE , OVER SPRAY , ORANGE PEEL, POORLY FITTED WING AND LIGHTS I THINK THIS SAID IT ALL.

terrible service and repair centre ,fitters work 45 hrs per wk and rushed into there work like slaves,very poor team bonus system never works. terrible poor company to work for i would never recommend to work or have your car repaired there thru aviva insurance.
