A lot has changed since then

but the area that

Pippin Cottage is in, hasn’t.

It still has the “village” feel, the peace and quiet of an age long gone from our modern hectic, noisy world, despite being only a few yards from the main road, with its shopping and suppliers of the necessary requirements to make a holiday problem free.

Pippin has its own private off street parking for one vehicle and comes with all the modern accoutrements that we require for living today.

Flat Panel T.V. with Free View in the lounge with a video and D.V.D. player and of course each bedroom has its own Flat Panel Free View T.V.

Microwave and Dishwasher, Freezer and Fridge in the kitchen.

Washer Dryer, Hair Dryer etc.

There are also Folding Beach Chairs a Windbreak and even a Picnic Basket and Cold Box for either a day out on the award winning Blue Flag Beaches or a visit to the nearby Countryside.

Suffolk bordering on Norfolk is The Heart of the Sunrise Coast. Centrally located for exploring this ancient land of the Iceni, dating back into the mists of time. The sailing and water sports area of The Broads National Park, and is at the start of the Long distance coastal footpath that runs all the way down through Suffolk to Essex.
