My speciality is making naked wedding cakes. These creations have no icing and are instead decorated with fruit and chocolate, making them a unique alternative to the traditional wedding cake. I also make celebration cakes for birthday parties, cupcakes for weddings, and desserts such as lemon and chocolate tortes. My cakes are always designed to meet the individual needs of the customer, and can even be made without flour to cater for those with gluten allergies.
