I recently had Richard from SOS Computer Services to repair a problem i had downloading from my new broadband Internet connection. He arranged a convenient time, he phoned me in the morning of they day we had arranged to make sure that i was still ok. He was well mannered and kept me informed with everything that he was doing. Internet Related Problem
I recently fixed an Internet related problem for one of my regular customers. This consisted of 15 minuets fault finding and 15 minuets repair work. This is the third time i have done business with this customer and he always gives me a 5 star rating to other people, he always recommends me to other people and i get about 6 recommendations off him a month.
