In Derby we are pioneers of Locally sourced sustainable Cusine, All cooked and served to the highest standards. We are a food business not part of the monoculture food industry. We select our ingredients using the principles extolled by the Slow Food Movement. Specialising in Local suppliers with whom we have a direct relationship with usually involving getting mucky down on the Farm! We are very positive towards Children with whom we will encourage their taste education. We will do our best to accomodate all food allergies as all our dishes are freshly prepared by of Chefs and you are encouraged to discuss your dietry requirements with our brigade
