I am an experienced clinical counsellor and psychotherapist registered with professional associations (UKCP and EMDRIA) whose codes of practice I respect and adhere to for the benefit of you the client. My thereapeutic approach is client focused and has been described as 'extraordinary' in its impact.
Counselling offers the opportunity for individuals to speak about issues that are of concern to them, for example relationship issues, stress, traumatic events, phobias, bereavement. My counselling service, provides a unique confidential and professional environment in which you are able to talk about and explore issues which you may not feel able to discuss in depth even with very close friends and family.
First appointments (1 hour) are always about finding out whether we can work together for your benefit. You are not bound to continue seeing me or any other therapist if you do not wish to do so.
