We have an established and diverse customer base ranging from private individuals through charities and expanding businesses.

Our knowledgeable team will respond quickly to your needs and always takes care to avoid unnecessary computer jargon, communicating all technical details in clear, plain English. We provide many services from regular IT support to application design and development.

We operate a structured fee system where the charges relate to the requested response time. Charities currently receive a discount of up to 16.6%.

While some customers are happy to operate on an ad-hoc basis, SWITS also offers contracts to provide either a pre-payment discount or a higher priority support.

SWITS staff has over thirty years of designing and programming experience covering twenty languages and four Database Systems including Visual Basic, Javascript, KML, HTML, MySQL, SQL and PHP.
