We operate a structured fee system where the charges relate to the requested response time. Charities currently receive a discount of up to 16.6%.
While some customers are happy to operate on an ad-hoc basis, SWITS also offers contracts to provide either a pre-payment discount or a higher priority support.
At South West IT Services Ltd we aim to provide a swift service at reasonable rates. We offer IT Consultancy covering all aspects of personal and business computing with support for both contracted and ad-hoc customers.
