The worst agency ever!!!! The worst manager ever!

I would never ever go to this bloody agency again, People there have absolutely no respect, customer service and are so rude, that they keep you waiting on reception and after half an hour send you back home cause manager you want to speak to ( MELANIE) is too busy (always on the phone) and they never call you back!!!. When I complained about their service I was marked as rude behaving?! And the polish on reception and her English?! Absolutely the worst agency I know! Instead of saying sorry from the manager, she said, she didn't want me to help with searching any other job! Is this professional? I am not interested anyway, thank you! :) But I would complain further! Insolvent agencies like this should loose their licence to continue in this business, which is all about the people. Shame, shame, shame!
