Poor Overall Quality
First thing the rating seems to have stuck at 4. Believe me this guy should be a ZERO. The basic paving is, if I am bring charitable, acceptable. Then there is the half finished, pathetic attempt at a gate. Since he tried (and failed) to put a gate in I have had the additonal expense of completing work HE was paid for myself. Then add in the fact that I tried at least 15 times to get the work completed, including actually speaking to his partner and leaving details which he ignored, you have shoddy work manship, lies and poor customer service. I'll say it again, this guy should have ZERO stars.
