great prices for luxury holidays to Dubai
Recently booked holidays to Dubai with Southall Travel. They offered me a prices of £ 1245 per person. The deal (half board) included stays at Burj Al Arab, one of the world’s finest hotels and return flights. But what really took me by surprise was the fact that they offered me 10% discount on booking and stay more pay less option. It was the perfect luxury holiday deal that I have got so far. Their services are fairly good and representatives are pretty helpful.

Good care displayed by Southall Travel and PIA
I have been using Southall Travel for years for booking flights to Pakistan. They offer me cheap airfares for PIA. But the airline is known for schedule changes and delays that create problems and issues. Recently I called Southall for flights to Pakistan and they offered me cheap airfares with PIA. I was pretty reluctant to book my flights with PIA but other options were quite expensive so went ahead and booked PIA. This time to my utter surprise, I got a call and was informed that my flight was confirmed. The flight took off as scheduled. It was a pleasant journey throughout. I would definitely recommend Southall Travel and PIA to all my friends.

Reasonable Prices
I recently booked my LHR-Abu Dhabi flight with Southall Travel. Got their reference from one of my friends. Thought to give them a try. Called them up to enquire about the prices and they gave plenty of options in terms of airlines and flights. I chose to go ahead with Etihad Airways. Prices were fairly reasonable and service was good. Overall experience was satisfying. will use them for my future travel also.

Budget Friendly & Great
I recently booked a holiday to Goa with Southall Travel. Everything was good right from the time we reached the airport till the time we returned. cherry on the top is the prices offered, which is absolutely budget-friendly.

Thoroughly satisfied - travelling with our baby
I am very happy with how Southall Travel agent handled my situation. We are going to travel to India with our small baby and have been concerned about the comfort during flights and other issues of booking either a direct or indirect flight. Their agent was thoroughly superb and patience in assisting us with all our issues. He listened very conscientiously to all the options that we were trying to exploit and suggested the most suitable flight. We are now taking a connecting flight with no change of planes. The option provided is the most suitable from the baggage point of view as we plan to carry much luggage for the baby. We definitely recommend them, especially to all those flying with kids.

Booked great price for India
We had a number of people telling us to book our forthcoming India holiday with Southall Travels. and after getting quotations from numerous other companies early this week we called southall. we were indeed surprised to see how much we were able to save on our holidays vis a vis other agents. I dont know how they manage to sell such cheap holidays but we were impressed. We have confirmed our booking with them and have already got our tickets in hand. We are happy with their efficient service too.

Great customer care and value
We have successfully booked our LA holiday with southall and must thank their staff for being so helpful both over the phone and in their office in southall. especially for not losing patience with so many of our questions! We find these guys to be very friendly and caring in their dealings. Their deals were great with countless options for flights and hotels. and relatively cheaper too than the airline as well as our erstwhile travel agent in the neighbourhood! we recommend them.

Very Professional
we recently came back from Dubai after having a great time on our holiday that we booked with southall. The holiday was flawlessly booked with attention to every aspect especially when it was our anniversary. We had made some special requests which were duly taken care of by thehotel. The hotel was inexpensive yet comfortable with warm and friendly staff. Our local contact was highly professional and friendly guy who was available both at the time of arrival and return. Our dhow dinner cruise on the creek was the best part of the holiday that was perfectly arranged.

Very Good Experience
We made our maldives holiday booking with southall travel with no hiccups at all. like other agents they are not pushy. They quoted us and let us decide what was best for us. We even bought time off to check if all that they said would be arranged actually was available and were glad to find that it was as all described by southall. we paid the money and are looking forward to jumpstart our vacation. besides great prices their customer service is impressive too.

fairly cheap prices and good services
we booked with them the 2nd time and both times got affordable prices and good customer care. this time we are going to dubai and booked jumeirah beach hotel for fairly good discount along with complimentary deal that they are doing for feb. We wouldnt mind recommending them to our friends and family.

Group Bookings
they made us a great itinerary with prefect connections, airlines, transfers, stay at hotels. they got good fares with most airlines allowing for a wide choice of stopovers and baggage allowance. Thanks for a good job done and we are going to recommend them for group bookings.

Wide Choices for Hotels and Flights
We called southall travel as a part of our research for our dubai holiday and were amazed aith the choices that they had to offer. The agent came up with many deals that fit our budget; some with complimentary offer of pay less stay more. Though we had called only to research, we could not resist to book their limited time sale the same evening. we found them to be very professional in their dealings and would sure recommend them.

Liked the great service and prices
Just booked our holiday to maldives with southall travel. we have booked in kuredu in january with an all inclusive deal. our initial apprehensions were cleared after speaking with them on number of times. we did not find any reason not to book with them when they provided a deal whih saved us nearly a grand for a 3 week holiday! but before paying we did confirm about their ABTA and ATOL membership.Which they have. Their employees are friendly and helpful. we found them highly competitive for maldives. We are just waiting to go:)

Best Thailand deal booked
we researched with a number of travel agents for booking our holidays to bangkok. however all those with cheap prices seemed unreliable. many were not atol member. Finally Southall travel was turned out to be one with the cheapest price as well as reliable. We found them to be hasslefree efficient and helpful. they have number of deals on number of dates with many airlines and hotels to match our needs. We are quiet impressed. finally its all done and received our travel document and making preparations to go.

Super economical
Our holiday to Dubai booked with Southall Travel was so far the best holiday we have had. We saved considerably with their price in same hotel working out atleast 600 pounds cheaper than other agents for 5 nights. We flew emirates and stayed at habtoor grand! we will certainly book with them again.

Consistently good service and prices
I have booked with Southall Travels many times and have come across no problems with them be it in terms of quality customer svc or the deals. Just finished booking flights for my upcoming holiday to India and I am very happy with the deal. They have good deals with airlines and hotels all over.

Wonderful Customer Service
We have been truly delighted with the way southall travel dealt with the booking of our son who is to travel unaccompanied. we are very pleased with the way the agent provided all the information in detail and went out of the way in explaining us the procedures, formalities and alternatives. we had so many questions that we needed answers to and every time their agent was absolutely patient in answering them. I have had a great experience booking with Southall Travel./ Having booked with many travel agents in Southall whoc were not very professional & did not have great fares, I was not expecting much from southall Travel too. However, the service & the fares offered by these guys have were wonderful and gave me a reason to direct all my travel requirements to them in future. Had a great holiday back home in India.
