Pricey and Careless
Not a great experience - they tended to use all sorts of sales techniques to upsell us all the time and trying to push stuff on to us which we did not want. Prices were high. They quoted us £3200 and 7 days to install the bathroom but we got it done by a separate plumber for £800 in 4 days! They sent some incorrect materials on 3 occasions and there were shortages. All mistakes were rectified without question but there was a lot of inconvenience caused. Not recommended - shop around.
