About
Southern crane Kungfu and Taichi teaches the practitioner the traditional White Crane style of kungfu. This martial art uses the style and grace of the white crane. The style is taught in a way that it can be absorbed easily and efficiently. In training in the art you will become more aware of yourself and have a better understanding of what martial arts can do for you, no matter your age or ability. The classes are designed so that anyone can join in and enjoy what kungfu and Taichi has to offer.
