Good garage
My brakes were squeeking so i took my car along to a recomended garage, the staff couldn't make me feel any more comfortable and agreed apon a very reasonable price for pads and a slight adjustment to my handbrake, which they adjusted as a courtesy. Very good service. Under new management.

Rip off merchants!
This company offered a service and MOT fro an amazing price of £99. Too good to be true....yes. For my first complaint the mechanic called me about an hour after I dropped my car off to inform me that I needed a complete set of from brakes and pads for the back at an additional cost of £300 or he would not pass the car's MOT. I disputed this and after tense pressure from hi he finally agreed that the work was not essential but he would write an advice slip. He did this and agreed that the car was passable and that he needed time to do the full service. On my return to pick up the car I checked the fluids and he had done this so I assumed he had done a full service. However, on closer inspection it was clear that he had not even removed the spark plugs to check them let alone replace them and it was clear that he had merely changed the oil. Further, I went for a second opinion on the brakes and they did not need replacing at all, I was advised that new pads on the front would be needed in the next 6 months.
