I have got a new oven!
Well it's really "new" it just looks New! Jeff worked really hard on my oven which I had really neglected .Now I dont recognise how good it looks! SPARKLING OVENS....I should say so! Recommended highly

Excellent sevice
We have just had our oven and hood cleaned by Jeff yesterday and certainly did not have the experience of Claire. He was really a very nice chap who worked his socks off and did an excellent job. I would certainly have him again.

Horrendous
Sparkling Ovens "cleaned" my oven and failed to protect my floor, causing substantial damage which will entail the entire floor being sanded, possibly replaced. This was three months ago and whilst having admitted fault, they are yet to get this sorted. Jeff Medford has been rude and uncooperative and has refused to refund the money for this horrendous job. He is aware I am a single mother, struggling to live like this with my 3 year old. Appalling.
