Grossly overpriced and poor standard
Charged me £17.50 per hour. Simply wiped surfaces - did not empty bins, dust pictures, clean toilets, clean shower tray,clean spashback tiles. Overall, no matter what price per hour - a very poor standard but the ultimate insult was the nerve of the price charged - I complained

Overpriced and only half a job done
Charged £35 - not even in house for 2 hours. Did not empty bins, did not put bleach down the loos, did not wash bathroom floor, did not dust on top of pictures, did not clean glass shower cabinet. A very poor standard and extremely overpriced. Very disappointed.

Terrible
Cleaner frequently didnt show up - how many family crisis can one person have? Wanted a cleaner to make life easier - ended up more stressful.

8:00am cleaning arrangement made previously. I called at 8:20am, phone answered, said my name, line went dead. Received text message - family crisis, didn't have your mobile (which I had given) will contact you later - guess what, no contact made.
