VERY BAD GARAGE AVOID AT ALL COST
I went there to have a new alternator fitted in Jan 2013. Part of the procedure to fit the alternator you undo the power steering pump and the bracket which holds the rigid pipe (makes it more moveable) to move it out of the way, undo the tensioner, removing the pulley first (easy job, just 3 x 6mm allen bolts). Unfortunately for me they didn't put it all back properly which resulted in the power steering pump coming away. Now they are not responding to any of my communications and are just ignoring me. The cause of how this could have happened has been confirmed by an independent garage and you can see quite clearly from the photo, but they are having none of it. I would avoid if I was you as when I first took the car back to them they quoted me £450 to replace the power steering pump but I was able to get this done at another garage for £333! just rip off merchants.
