Delivery

Deliveries are made by next day carrier or, for coffees and teas in particular, by First Class Post.

Our delivery prices are confirmed in each product description and are added at checkout, but typically fall into the following brackets:

- Small gift box / hamper (no liquids or glass) £7.64

- Medium and Large gift boxes / hampers (all liquids) £9.40

- Small items (i.e. Packs of coffee & teas) - First Class Post £1.84 (or less than 500g £1.38)

All individual or small quantity orders will usually be dispatched within 24hours of ordering unless you specify a delivery date (for example the recipients birthday or other special occasion) in which case the parcel will be dispatched the day prior to the specified date. Bulk and corporate orders should be discussed in advance as we would normally ask for at least six days notice prior to the required delivery date, depending upon the quantity.
