Unprofessional!
I was disappointed when I went to this salon for a simple consultation but was met with a gentlemen who clearly could not care less about gaining a new customer. I was simply asking what the salon could do to dye both my hair and extensions I had purchased. Now the gentlemen claimed he could not tell me how the salon would dye my hair to get the desired look I wanted due to the fact this would be giving away trade secrets. How could I possibly make a decision to come to a new salon if the stylist will not tell me what they can do to my hair. I left feeling insulted and disappointed at the lack of professionalism.
