Butchered my hair!!

Went to have my hair cut and highlighted. Asked for it to be cut into a long bob, left the salon with hair that was so short and looked like I had been in a fight with a lawn mower! Asked for help at another salon but it was far too short. If you value your hair, don't go here!!!!!!
