Large Vehicle
Took my van and when I asked why they didn't do my roof they said that as it couldn't be reached they wouldn't do it. I still had to pay though. Ps I looked for this company on the Companies House website and couldn't find it nor could I find it on companies database. The reason I did this was because the staff wouldn't tell me who owned the company or even their bosses name.

Just awful
I somewhat foolishly chose to pay £70 to have a "super full valet". It is hard to put into words just how poor a job was done on my car, but I will list a few faults (not all as that would take too long): Polish not applied correctly. Centre consul not cleaned. Streaks all over instrument panel and dash. Even the basic vacuum was done to a poor standard. I had to spend an entire Saturday doing the job that I paid this mickey mouse operation £70 to do. DO NOT USE SPLASH AUTOCARE!

groupon voucher
I bought a 5 x valet car wash voucher though Groupon Voucher Value £100.00. 1st valet fine took car down for second and they refused to do it because I was using the voucher and not paying. Told me they were to busy yet I sat across the road I then watched them take another 3 cars with no problems. (have picture to prove it) Now groupon have refused to give me a refund 1st time I have ever used both this company and Groupon and would never use either again. Very expensive mini valet at £100.00
